The letters

My previous Snail mail post shares the beginning of letters arriving to me. And one has struck a note. From a second person.
What could a person say to a young a lady to get her attention in a first letter?  Well, let me tell you in my point of view. As a young girl  that I was, I did not realized what vision meant.. And this man had plenty.
He wrote in his first letter who he is in more details than of the others. His hopes of finding the right woman, what he would like to accomplish with that woman and so much more. In a 3 pages letter he opened the door into my curiosity  and I wanted to know more.

I answered his letter, 4 pages long [handwritten] to empress him. I wrote to him, letting him know how I liked the way he introduce himself in his letter.  And that he got my attention to want to learn more of what he wants in a future woman in his life. Future plans and hopes and dreams. I asked him loads of questions right off.
A second letter dated March 2nd and received March 9, a lightning fast delivery for a snail mail [slang for Pilipino] Pinoy  mail service. A a few of what he wrote.....

"I received your letter in the mail yesterday and it made me very happy and excited to hear from you".
"I read your letter 3 or 4 times and spent the day mostly thinking about you while working." And it went on
" Last night before my sleep, I went for a long ride on my motorcycle-it was warm outside and I wondered if the stars I was seeing were the same ones you were seeing also." Sooo romantic!

"It is my belief that a family should begin simple and that the husband and wife should work hard to make the family grow to be strong and rich of spirit so that the joy of living is through love and not money or greed of things.  To me marriage is like a garden-"you reap what you sow" If you give your loved one your most valuable thing in life, your time, then you will rewarded a thousand times over."
 With these words my heart skipped a bit!

The letter was 5 pages long. It went on expressing his intentions and one important part, he opened his past! I found myself wanting to go more farther from here..I cannot make it to stop now..... Was my thought.
