My Blog..

Many of you might be wondering about this new look! To those who have shared comments of their approval, I thank you for sharing and taking the time letting me know. Why the new look?

A few months back, you may recall my blog post about giving my blog serious updating and to re-prioritize schedules and to reorganize.. Well, its a daily going process but I am settling down with the new arrangement in the household/family schedule. It is winter where we are right now and my work slowed down for the season. I am able to devote some time in writing. I took some time also for some careful thinking on how I would prioritize my thoughts on my writings. As a result I now have some sense on how I can proceed. I want to be more focused on my stories. This new new look is where I wanted to restart and continue along sharing my life's journey.

I am very happy with this new set up feature with blogger. A time schedule feature that allows me to write ahead and set up dates when a story will be posted. It is very convenient.  Also that, being mom as many other mom with young kids or big kids sometimes, demands more time, as a result my me time to blog gets neglected. And I hated that! The Weng wish of being a "super mom" comes out and I get grumpy. So I ended up abandoning my me time, because it take me some time to compose a post. But  now, I can write ahead of  any thoughts , stories of my journey and of our travels in the past, present and the day to day event I want to share. I able to set the schedule right on my dashboard and easy to fallow with this convenient feature. So for those hectic and busy days, blog postings will not be skip. I hope! It will continue to be my challenge but with this new feature it will help me a lot...My "me" time can be anytime of the day or night now on.
There are still so many things I want to explore and to learn in this blogging world. And every chance I get after helping my kids of their homework and reading at home, in this rainy days of winter in the NW and when I am not at work, I can be in front of the computer composing future posts, also reading and learning. . This is the kids and I's first whole winter spent in Portland since 2007-2008. A new beginning with a new look, a new year. I have my check list of things to work on and improve. My resolution for the Dragon year! I hope you'll find it easy to navigate from here on forward..
Once again, from the bottom of my heart, I thank you for sharing your time in reading my blog stories.

  1. Thanks for sharing. I do like the new look of the blog. We live in Eugene, Oregon and know what you mean about "winters in the Northwest" since we've lived here over 38 years. Keep working on taking time for yourself, and writing, you are making good progress.
